Frequently Asked Questions
Is my order charged when I submit it?
No. Submitting your order sends us a request. We’ll confirm availability, delivery timing, shipping, and final pricing before sending your invoice. Your order is confirmed once your invoice is approved.
Can I mix different gifts in one order?
Yes, as long as each gift meets its own minimum. For example, 12 Golden Pear boxes and 12 Fireside Tea boxes can go in one order, but 6 boxes each of two different styles can’t be combined to reach the minimum.
Can you ship to multiple recipients?
Absolutely. At checkout, choose “Multiple recipients” and add each name and address. You can type them in, paste them from a spreadsheet, or upload a CSV file (a template is provided). Prefer to send the list later? Just tick the box, and we’ll collect it after your order is confirmed.
What’s included with the branded card?
Each gift includes a 5 × 6 branded card featuring your company logo and a personalized message of up to 150 words.
Can every gift ship nationwide?
Almost all of them. The Sparkling Toast includes sparkling wine, so we deliver it locally in the DMV area only. If you would like it alongside gifts shipping elsewhere, simply place it in a separate order.
Are shipping and taxes included in the price?
No. Shipping, local delivery when applicable, and any required taxes are calculated separately and added to your final invoice.
Can the gift contents be adjusted?
Yes. Gift contents can be adjusted based on your preferences or specific needs. Please note that changes or substitutions will affect the final price, and any additional cost will be confirmed before your order is finalized.
What is the latest holiday order date?
Our final holiday order date is December 6. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow time for availability, personalization, and fulfillment.
